Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you can checkout as a guest.
There is the option to ‘create an account’ on the checkout page, but it is not required.

Checking out as a guest if you already have an account.

You can still checkout as a guest. However, if you sign in you will benefit from a speedier checkout, including saved addresses, payment details and order history.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept Apple Pay, Credit/Debit Cards & PayPal.

Printed Set Orders

How soon will my order be posted?
Print order are dispatched daily (Mon-Fri) before the last post. If you order is placed after we have dispatched the orders that day your order will be posted the following working day.
When will my order arrive?
All orders that use the free postage option will be posted Royal Mail 2nd Class which Royal Mail aims to deliver within 2-3 days. If you upgrade to 1st class postage it should arrive in 1-2 days after dispatch.
Can you provide tracking?
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe please contact us and we will track it.

PDF Download Orders

How soon will I be able to access purchased PDF Downloads?
Immediately. As soon as you complete checkout you will be emailed the links to download your purchased PDFs.
How many times can I download each PDF?
You can open/download each purchased PDF up to 3 times and within 1 year. Each time you click a link it will open/download that PDF and count as one of your 3 allowed downloads. If you created an account during checkout, you can see how many downloads you have left in your account section.
Will the PDF Download links expire?
Yes. All links will expire after 1 year. The email you receive with the links also state the date the links expire. If you created an account during checkout, you can also see how long before each link expires in your account section.
I’ve accidentally deleted the email with my links, how do I download the PDFs?
If you created an account during checkout, all the links to your purchased PDF Downloads are listed in your account section of our website. If you didn’t create an account during checkout please contact us to request the email to be re-sent to you.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return print orders?
Yes, you can return printed sets within 14 days of receiving your order. All items must be returned to us unused and in the same condition you received them. Items received after the 14 days will not be refunded and will be returned to you.
Who pays for the postage costs?
You will pay the postage costs to return an order. We recommend using one of Royal Mail’s tracked delivery services.
When will I receive my refund?
As soon as we receive the retuned item and it has been checked we will process the refund back to your original form of payment.
Please allow 5-10 business days for credit/debit card refunds.
PayPal refunds will be received within 2-3 business days.
What about PDF Download orders?
As long as you have not downloaded any of the PDFs you can cancel the order within 14 days.
How to return an order?
Please Contact Us and we will provide you will the details required to return the order.

Do you have Irish language Practice Papers or Revision Booklets?

No. Unfortunately we do not have Irish language versions of any of our products.
We recommend speaking to your child’s teacher to see if they can provide or recommend any suitable Irish language materials.

Are the answers provided?

Yes. Answers are provided with all of our products.
PDF Downloads: The answers are listed on the last page(s) of the PDF.
Printed Sets: For our SEAG Practice Papers, the answers are provided in a separate ‘Answers Booklet’. For the Revision Booklets, the answers are listed on the inside back pages of each Revision Booklet.
