Do I need an account to make a purchase?

No. If you do not already have an account one will automatically be created for you when you complete checkout for the first time. Your login details will be emailed to you and will also listed on the invoice email for your first order.
Please read the 'I can't remember my password, what do I do?' FAQ below if you lose or forget your login details.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept Credit/Debit card payments or PayPal. All payments are processed securely by PayPal, however you do not need a PayPal account to make a purchase. When you are taken to PayPal's secure payment page you will be given the opportunity to either login to your Paypal account, or click the 'Check Out as a Guest' link to pay using your credit/debit card.

If I purchase the 'Printed' version what method do you post the papers?

Postage is free and your order will be posted Royal Mail 2nd Class. There is also the option to upgrade to Royal Mail 1st Class during checkout for an additional fee. Larger bulk orders may be shipped by courier. Orders are posted Mon-Fri excluding bank/public holidays.

If I purchase the 'PDF Download' version how long before I can download it?

Immediately. As soon as you complete the checkout & make your payment you will be sent an email with links to download your files. An account will be automatically created for you and your login details will be emailed to you. Please check your spam/junk folder if you did not receive these emails. You can also download your purchased PDFs from the 'Your Account' section. There is a link at the top of the page if you are signed in. If you have any issues regarding this please contact us.

Are there any limits or restrictions associated with purchasing PDF Downloads?

You can download each purchased PDF up to 3 times from up to 2 computers/tablets/smartphones (2 IP Addresses). If your download is interrupted, cancelled or fails it will not be recorded as one of your 3 downloads.
All products purchased via our shop are unlicensed and for parents or guardians to use with their own children only. You may not sell, lend, share, print or duplicate either digital or hard (printed) copies of our products for anyone else.

How do schools or tutors place an order?

Schools and tutors can licence our PDFs or purchase bulk printed sets at reduced rates. Please visit our Schools / Tutors Order pagefor more information and to receive a quote. All school and tutor orders are processed manually and therefore schools and tutors should NOT place an order through our website shop.

Can I purchase Irish language Practice Papers or Revision Booklets from your shop?

Unfortunately we do not have Irish language versions of any of our products.

What are the differences in the 2020 and 2021 Versions of the practice papers in the shop?

Account FAQs

I can't remember my password, what do I do?

Visit this page - https://www.thetransfertest.com/user/password and enter in your username or the email address you provided during checkout. Then click the 'E-mail new password' button and instructions on how to reset your password will be emailed to you.
After completing the reset password process you are automatically logged into the website and re-directed to your account profile 'Change Password' page. If you are happy with the password you have just chosen during the reset password process then ignore this page and navigate the website as normal. It is not another step in the 'password reset' process but the chance to change your password when logged in. (see FAQ below)

How do I change my password?

When logged in you can click the 'Your Account' link at the top right hand corner of any page (in the black bar). When in your account section click the 'Change Password' tab to take you to the page where you can enter in your new password. You will need to know your existing password in order to do this.

Where can I access my purchased downloads?

When you purchase file downloads you will receive an additional email with links to each file you purchased.
If you delete, lose or did not receive* this email then you can always download your purchased files by logging into the website and viewing 'Your Account' section.
First you must login using your username and password**. There is also a 'Sign In' link at the top of every page. When signed in the 'Sign In' link will be replaced with a 'Your Account' ink which you can click to access your personal account from any page. In your account section there is a 'Access your purchased PDF Downloads.' link which you click to view all your purchased download files.
